We are not afraid to discuss new ideas or approaches with our clients and other design team members, and are pro-active and responsive to suggestions by others. We also maintain a self-critical approach that assists us in improving the services that we offer.
Our objective over the coming years is to continue our expansion through careful selection of staff that will adopt the company culture. Our core business has been transportation planning, but we have recently expanded our expertise to provide a highway/infrastructure design service. The two sides of the business are very closely integrated to provide seamless and consistent advice throughout the duration of a project.
